280/365: Pieris?

No sign of the early morning rain - I'm grateful for it as it saves me the job of watering the garden, but happy that the sun is out now.  I think this is a pieris, planted by the previous owners - if anyone recognises it, please will you let me know what it is? I'm not a great lover of variegated leaves but it's a healthy plant so I won't get rid of it (just plant it at the back behind the prettier ones!!).
